Mallard Square
Mallard Square features two and three bedroom townhomes with plenty of windows. This neighborhood includes a pool and shaded cabana. Located in the University area, townhouses in Mallard Square are priced from the mid $90,000's to $110,000.
South Hill
Located in the center of South Park, South Hill townhouses are close to all conveniences. There are eleven floor-plans to choose from, each offering hardwood floors, brick exteriors, and large master suites. Prices range from $160,000's to $300,000.
Hillside East

St. Phillip Square
Located in Jetton Cove and adjacent to Peninsula Community, St. Phillip Square offers a neighborhood pool, recreation center, walking trails and greenspace. Prices range from $190,000 to $310,000, with three and four bedroom floorplans to choose from.
